Aphromoo will replace hospitalised Stixxay as ADC in Week 9

If you a vivid e-sports fan and punter you probably keep up with the latest news in the industry. Well, in that case, you should know that Counter Logic Gaming’s current starting Attack-Damage Carry Trevor Stixxay Hayes was hospitalised and will miss the NA LCS matches in Week 9.

However, you should not be worried about your favourite team, since he will be replaced by the squad’s starting support and team captain Zaqueri Aphromoo Black in all of the games during that week according to this announcement on Facebook by Counter Logic Gaming.

CLG’s substitute support is going to be Joseph Joey Haslemann. Joey will join Aphromoo in the bot lane for every match during Week 9. However, the support has not played a single game for CLG during the season. Actually, the last time he played a game on stage was for Team Checkpoint in the NA CS Summer Open Qualifiers in 2016.

Counter Logic Gaming did not specify why Stixxay is in the hospital. The only thing they said is that he will not be able to play because of a medical emergency that happened on Friday evening.

CLG currently holds the fourth place in the NA LCS with a 9-7 record. So if you are a fan of the team, do not be worried about their performance during this week. No matter how they finish these games, they will still be guaranteed a seed into the playoffs. They will be facing Team EnVyUs and Immortals during the upcoming weekend.
