Betting Tips 20 December 2014 – Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga, Championship

Qeens Park Rangers – West Bromwich Albion. After losing away from home once again QPR will be glad to return to Loftus Road for this fixture against West Brom. The team from the capital will be glad to have top scorer Charlie Austin back in their squad after serving a suspension. Another player who can return to the first team is Steven Caulker who missed out because of an injury. West Brom managed to snatch the win against Villa, even though the Villains were with 10 men most of the match. This game may as well be decided by one or two goals but for me QPR will continue their great streak at home with a win. Tip: 1 @ 2.45

Southampton – Everton

After a stunning start to the season Soton have lost five in a row after the shocking defeat against Sheffield United in the Capital One Cup. The Saints need to find a way to end this bad run or they’ll start falling down the table pretty quickly. Everton on the other hand won against QPR and are now tenth in the table, five points behinds their opponents on Saturday. The Toffees need to continue the good form and Southampton look like the perfect opponents, seing the state they are in right now. The host will be withouht their two key midfielders who are suspended – Morgan Schneiderlin and Victor Wanyama. This will make their task a lot difficult and I don’t see them taking something against Everton. Tip: 2 @ 3.00

West Ham – Leicester

West Ham would’ve liked to win against Sunderland but the draw was also an acceptable result. This means their undefeated streak is now four games and they’re full of confidence going into this match. Leicester are rock bottom and have lost four matches in a row. The good news for The Foxes are that Richie De Laet and Leonardo Ulloa will return to the squad. For The Hammers the only injured player is Mark Noble. When you match West Ham’s attack and Leicester’s you can see that the away team will have many problems stopping Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho. Given Leicester’s bad away record I think this game won’t be much of a problem for West Ham. Tip: 1 @ 1.75

Bayer Leverkusen – Eintracht Frankfurt

Frankfurt made a sensational comeback against Hertha after losing 0-3 in the midweek fixture. They have the second-best attack and the second-worst defense in the league, which means that their squad is very unbalanced. Bayer on the other hand managed to improve their defense and won four points in their last two games against Gladbach and Hoffenheim, conceding only once. There have been fewer than 2.5 goals in Leverkusen’s last three Bundesliga games but Eintracht play very open football and I expect many goals here. Tip: Over 2.5 goals @ 1.40

Werder Bremen – Borussia Dortmund

Dortmund almost won against Wolfsburg but The Wolves managed to equalise at the end. Werder have conceded twelve goals in their last three games and deservedly are last. Neven Subotic is suspended for the away team and that means we’ll probably see Matthias Ginter in the starting line up. For Bremen Luca Caldirola is also out with a suspension and it’s expected that Assani Lukimya will replace him at the hearth of the defense. Werder Bremen concede many goals and Borussia score them – the perfect recepie for over 2.5 goals. Tip: Over 2.5 goals @ 1.50

Roma – AC Milan

Roma need a win here in order to keep up with leaders Juventus. The Giallorossi lost only two points in their last five games and they need to forget the disappointments in the Champions League and move forward. Milan have been very inconsistant this season and need to improve if they want to salvage anything from this match. Davide Astori, José Holebas and Miralem Pjanic will miss out for the hosts because of suspension. This game is very important for Roma and I don’t think they’ll allow any surprises here. Tip: 1 @ 1.75

Reading – Watford

After loosing 6-1 to Birmingham, Reading sacked Nigel Adkins and replaced him with Steve Clarke. The Royals are seven points away from the relegation zone but need to pick themselves up after the hard defeat last time. Watford are back in the top six after two straight wins with seven goals scored in them. Troy Deeney managed to net five goals in them and would like to up his tally against Reading. I don’t thinks it’s the perfect debut for Clarke in charge of his new club and Watford will take home the three points. Tip: 2 @ 2.75
